About Digital Cupping Tester

Digital Cupping Tester is used for the cupping test which is an important test for determining the ductility of a metal. In this test, a punching force of 0.2mm to 2mm is delivered to a metal sheet. A visual check is performed to determine whether the test material has acquired any cracks or deformities. Digital Cupping Tester has a digital gauge with an illuminated magnifier for viewing the resulting damage and offers precise cupping depth measurements on an integrated gauge. The included lighted magnifying lens allows for direct examination of fissures, fractures, and rips in the coating up to 10m.
